My family recently embarked on the journey of purchasing an oboe. We were unsure of our wishes and had to ask for multiple lists as we continually refined our desired features. Through it all, Hannah was gracious and applied no sales pressure. She understood the importance of the decision. When we were finally ready to order a trial, one of the oboes was no longer available. She listened to our feature list, assessed our situation, and gave an informed recommendation.
